FITNESS GAL: Have A Drink!

Today is “Have A Drink” day. And by drink, I mean juice. Make a toast to life and health by sipping down this:

5 carrots
2 celery stalks
3 broccoli sprouts
½ bell pepper
one large garlic clove

Put in juicer to blend.

Hold off – We’re not finished! Top this drink off with a half hour of cardio-based exercise. Jog. Dance to your favorite music. Kickbox or circuit weight train with 10 second rests between sets, and thank God that you’re alive. Cheers to All!

    Thanks for this one Sakina Nicole, I want to share my recipe on this one too, and I want my drink to be special and a good antioxidant one too.

    I mixed all together

    1 tbsp grinded Basil leaves
    1 small cup of lemon extract
    1 tbsp of parsley
    1/4 glass of water

    I made this one for my dinner drink and to complete an antioxidant day, I even take this chlorella at http://products.mercola.com/chlorella/ I got fro Dr. Mercola! I hope you like my juice mix :-)
