The new dramatic series follows cute couple Jane and Henry who become the residential managers of The Drake at 999 Park Avenue, and though they don’t know it, new playthings of building owners Gavin and Olivia Doran. This address is bad news. People who move there make strange paranormal pacts that don’t end nicely. This may be TV, but the exces aren’t holding back on this one. Drake’s basement is dark and creepy (we’d never get our laundry done), residents disappear and there is one particularly gruesome building malfunction that will leaving your squealing in terror. 666 Park Avenue is wicked fun. It reminds us of the film of The Devil’s Advocate with touches of Rosemary’s Baby. This chic, but deadly address is one that we are going to enjoy visiting on Sunday nights, even if we have to cover one eye to watch. 666 Park Avenue premieres Sunday, Sept. 30 at 10 p.m. on ABC. +++ Big props to series star Vanessa Williams.
