The Best Thanksgiving Recipes for Your 2017 CelebrationBy Maureen Martin | November 22, 2017 | Style
The secret to a delicious Thanksgiving meal is a little ingredient found in most French food. It’s all about BUTTER! Drizzle butter on your turkey as you baste it. If you love biscuits as much as I do you wouldn’t think of making them without both butter and cream. I use the same cream and butter combination for my garlic mashed potatoes. And post-Thanksgiving you can make buttery hollandaise sauce with your leftover turkey and biscuits (pictured up top) with this great recipe from Harvesting Nature.
Don’t worry about calories – we’ll pay for our sins by getting in a workout before dinner and taking a walk after this amazing meal. Here are a few links to our favorite recipes.
No Thanksgiving meal is complete without beverages! Make it classy with a little bubbly.
Prosecco is a white Italian wine with lively elegance and fruity and floral fragrances. Now I’m gonna throw some knowledge around about this very popular beverage: It’s best when it is young and fresh. It should be lightly tinted, which lets you know how fresh it is. If it’s served to you looking “yellow” send it back because it has aged and is no longer good. Unlike champagne, Prosecco should be served when it is under a year old.
Why not try a little Zonin Prosecco this year?
