The DivaGals got a VIP invitation to experience Morocco at the Summer Fancy Food Show, presented by the EACCE. Showcasing some of the best products from the country in northern Africa, what we witnessed is inspiring us to host our own Morroccan feast – and you can too!

For a great Moroccan meal experience, make sure you start with a varied selection of olives. Try one of the country’s most popular brands, Sicopa — Subway is one of their biggest clients!

For the main dish, it’s got to be fish! A traditional Moroccan fish stew is sure to please. AMASCOP, a company based in the nation, offers canned goods to use as the main ingredient. Add a side dish of fragrant coucous; try Tria Moroccan Couscous as your base, Hadshi bneen (it’s delicious!).
