The Biggest Loser finale airs tonight!
While you’re watching to see whether Koli, Daris, Michael or Ashley takes top prize, trainer Jillian Michaels has some suggestions on what you should be snacking other than those Ho Hos during the live reveal!
“First of all, swap all your chips and your crackers and your garbage snack foods out for Popchips or Guiltless Gourmet corn chips,” Jillian suggests. “Both come in a million different flavors and they have no preservatives, no trans fats and no chemicals. They’re low in calories.”
Craving something a little more decadent? “I’ve also switched a lot of the candies and the crap and the cookies and all that stuff out with Paul Newman products,” Jillian says. “Try Newman’s Organic Alphabet Cookies or Paul Newman’s Organic Peanut Butter Cups so that there’s something sweet in the house, but it’s only 180 calories for three peanut butter cups, and their organic dark chocolate and all of that is much, much healthier.”
Of course, you need something to wash it down with.
“Get rid of all your sodas and your juice drinks and your crap and switch that out for Crystal Light Pure Fitness and Vitamin Water Zero,” Jillian declares. “Both are all natural and flavored with Stevia and there are no chemicals, no preservatives, no artificial anything including coloring. Both are perfectly natural and clean.”
