Fooducate. This self-proclaimed diet toolbox analyzes information found in product nutrition panels and ingredient lists to teach you more about the food you’re eating, making it about the quality of calories, not just quantity – and Fooducate offers healthier alternatives if need be.
HealthyOut. Love to eat out? HealthyOut lists accessed local restaurant menus and offers compatible food counts for you to maintain your calorie goals.
