TV SHOW TO WATCH This Fall: The X Factor, Modern Family & SVU!By DIVAGALS | September 21, 2011 | Entertainment
It’s hump day! Here’s the TV shows to watch for Wednesday during our Fall Premiere Week!
The X Factor. Yes, your prayers have been answered. Paula Abdul is back on a singing competition series! TV DivaGal spoke with the award-winning singer and choreographer on why she decided to get back in the judge’s chair, and more importantly, next to the man she loves with bitch with, Simon Cowell. Guess he just has that certain something. Read Paula’s interview at ThirdAge.com. The X Factor premieres at 8 p.m. on Fox.
Five Words: Modern Family, two consecutive Emmys. ‘Nouf said. Season three premieres at 9 p.m. on ABC.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. How, oh how, we will survive through an episode of SVU without Christopher Meloni’s Detective Stabler? By mixing in some of our faves from the dearly departed Law & Order says Linus Roache, who played A.D.A. Mike Cutter on that series, and is migrating to SVU for several episodes. “I wouldn’t be surprised if we also see a lot of other characters from the past appearing through this season and making the most of all the much loved characters from the Law & Order franchise,” he shares. And staring at Cold Case alum Danny Pino as Detective Benson’s new partner doesn’t hurt either. Law & Order: SVU premieres its 13th! season at 10 p.m on NBC.
