The “90 Days To Diva Fitness Challenge” led by Sharon Polsky of Unleashed Fitness for women is underway! This week the topic was how to “time budget better.” It’s a technique where are you write out all the hours in your day that and plan time for your food, water, sleep and self-care. The result? More time for sleep, workouts, water, dates and productivity — and maybe even a little free time.
I have not lost any weight yet, but getting more sleep, hydration and movement have me feeling better. That’s a great start.
