The Ali Sisters Got “Stripped” … Here’s What They Couldn’t Live WithoutBy Regan Farley | February 26, 2018 | Entertainment
Just like the rest of us, you may look at reality tv and escape into the drama that ensues after you press play. I am guilty of indulging every week in the Real Housewives (in almost every city), Love & Hip Hop and many other series. Then there comes along a show like Stripped that causes its participants as well as the audience to think about their existence and asks the question, Are you really living your best life? When you realize that you donΓÇÖt need over 100 fragrances, or even your pillow, life feels – well, different.
The Ali sisters are not new to television; they have been hosts for companies on the forefront of millennial news: Revolt, Black Tree Media and others. Jaseena and Autianna grace screens as hosts and interviewers of the most sought-after actors and actresses in the business.
In Stripped, the new Bravo series that has its participants giving away all their belongings and live with only the most prioritized essentials for 21 days, these ladies wound up giving away their belongings toward the end of their episode. Having everything stripped away especially your necessities like clothes, toothbrushes and food gives you a different perspective on what is important in life.  After the experience, they thought about how could improve their lives and support others who want to be included in the media correspondent career field while chasing their dream of being TV correspondents and hosts of major network shows.
So they launched Ali Sisters Media as a way to bridge the gap for young reporters who want to become the next Oprah as well as the next Terrance J. Starting where you are was the lesson they learned from Stripped. Assisting themselves and others with a platform to cover the latest entertainment and charitable events is the goal of the company, along with adding to the reels of young millennials who want to have their shot at the large platforms like E!, TMZ and more. (Diversity in the press room is definitely needed and this could be a start to a movement to achieving that.)
Making your own way via your own outlet, giving the same sought-after news as the mainstream outlets and giving others a chance to build their reels so they can be a part of the race for the opportunities in mainstream media makes this company very interesting.
I had the opportunity to meet the two sisters who are taking the world by storm with their humble approach to being on TV and covering events as hosts and media. The most memorable moment of two siblings is when Autianna took the time to go live with a young lady who was in aww of the relationship she had with her sister. This teenager was looking for advice on how to get along with her sister and have the same love that they have.
These girls are on the rise in the media realm, obiviously. We’re covering them on DivaGalsDaily!
Look out for them and keep up with their announcements.
