The Bleacher Report

Art Basel Miami 2023 was a blast, filled with some of the coolest and most diverse events during its weeklong celebration of art, music, food and culture.

Delaina and Samantha at Patina Collective

TV DivaGal Delaina Dixon and ImageGal Samantha Bessudo Drucker hit the week at full speed and here are our adventures!

“Future Sketches/Code Poems”—ARTECHOUSE

Innovative, experiential art pioneer #ARTECHOUSE, hosted the digital art exhibition “Future Sketches / Code Poems” by renowned artist and interactive media pioneer Zach Lieberman. It explored coding and animation and celebrated art and technology.

Superblue—Allapattah, Miami

Superblue’s Miami Art Week opening event unveiled a monumental new mural by an acclaimed photographer and artist. JR’s The Chronicles of Miami featured poster-sized snaps of attendees, which were brought together for one supersized mural across the space. Our ImageGal shares her experience!

Bleacher Report X NBA VIP LAUNCH “The Residency”—Lab Miami

Moves were made at the Bleacher Report’s ‘The Residency’ Private VIP Launch Party with Miami Heat mascot Burnie (pictured with D’ana “COVL” Nuñez, up top). The Residency is a year-long creative collective at the intersection of sports, art, fashion, and culture that celebrates an eclectic mix of artists paying homage to five NBA teams. Athlete artist Esther Wallace (Boston Celtics) showcased her skills to special quests, including Miami HEAT rookie of the year Jaime Jaquez Jr.

The Patina Collective—Miami

Inside The Patina Collective, the world’s largest private Mercedes collection, and the never-before-seen cars in the United States that were showcased during Art Basel Miami 2023. Set in a captivating 1980s Middle Eastern-themed venue, guests enjoyed food, music, and art inspired by the region.

EBONY FWD—The Temple House

DivaGalsDaily had a blast inside the EBONY FWD presented by Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar event at The Temple House in Miami. The two-day event celebrated 11 Black artists and featured music and culture, along with food from Chef Amaris Jones. We spotted Vivica A. Fox, Tyson Beckford and more stars walking down the EBONY cover-lined red carpet into the venue. See more coverage at EBONY.
