The Biggest Loser‘s Abby Rike survived the tragic loss of her family in a car crash, and found herself again on the ranch.
Now 80lbs. lighter, she tells the TV DivaGal the workout secret that’s gotten her in kick-ass shape!
“There’s a class which is the most fun class for me ever of all time, it’s ‘Body Combat’,” she spills.
“It’s a mixture of different marital arts, and you do punching and kicking and it’s so high-energy. I come out of there drenched in sweat.”
The class hasn’t just sculpted Abby’s muscles. She says it’s a great mental release as well.
“If you’ve had any stress of the day or you come in feeling overwhelmed, or have any pent-up feeling of any sort, you can release it in that class.”
Sounds like what most of the Biggest Loser contestants needs after a workout with Jillian!
