Biggest Loser's Sam: Never Wanted To Be The Biggest Loser Winner!

BLSamNBC The Biggest Loser‘s Sam Poueu ended his journey last week, but not before claiming the title of the first contestant to reach his goal weight (from 372 to 236), while on the ranch.

With that number totally annihilated, Sam admits he never thought he’d win the $250,000 for most percentage of weight lost.

“I wasnΓÇÖt going for The Biggest Loser look ΓÇô and this isn’t to trash The Biggest Loser in any way ΓÇô but I’ve seen some contestants that have won go from one extreme, which is the obese extreme, to the real thin extreme,” he says. “I wanted to be, I coined it, as the buffest loser.”

Still, Sam wouldn’t have minded making it to the final four.

I told them, instead of a one in four chance of winning $250,000, you now have a one in three chance with me being in the final four with you,” he shares.

Of course, if you can’t take home the money, taking home the girl is the next best thing! As Sam revealed in his transformation video, he’s moved in with girlfriend Stephanie Anderson, who he met on the ranch. And cousin Koli is cool with it!

“Seeing the episode that we had of Stephanie’s departing, it was tough to watch,” Sam admits. “But as of right now, things are moving and progressing and going really well, and he is supportive of the relationship.”
