Buddy Valastro: Cake Boss!
TV DivaGal spent an extra hour on the treadmill to attend the Cake Boss premiere party Thursday night.
The series follows baker Buddy Valastro and co. as they run the family’s 100-year-old cake and pastry business in Hoboken, N.J., just across the river from DivaGal’s NYC hometown!

The TV DivaGal and a pal chowed down on meatballs, crab cakes and tenderloin at Italian eatery Destino, always keeping an eye out for the main course: dessert!
At the Cake Boss pastry station, the team individually topped vanilla cupcakes for the guests.
TV DivaGal was lucky enough to have one made by the maestro himself, and got a little extra scoop on what Buddy will serve up on his show this season!
“The cakes are sick. We made a NASCAR car, actual size, which really pushed me to my limits,” he spilled. Wha?
“It’s 2400 individual sheets of cake and weighs about 15,000 lbs.”
Yes, Buddy will pretty much whip up anything ΓÇô well, except one.
“I made a solar system once. That drove me crazy.”
No edible versions of Jupiter and the moon. I think we can handle that, Buddy!
