The DivaGals hit the luxurious EZ Studios Penthouse 37 in the heart of New York City for the Her Imports launch party – all in celebration of their custom wig collection and OSI product line. President and brand ambassador of Her Imports, celebrity hairstylist Tippi Shorter, who has worked with Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Lady Gaga And Jennifer Hudson, hosted the event. The guest list included some of the beauty industryΓÇÖs key players – like DivaGals ourselves.

We saw a demonstration of OSI flat iron, which has vibrating plates that transfer heat through larger sections, making the smoothing process faster and floating plates so you can curl the hair without any crimps or bends. There was also temporary eyelashes using the Life-Proof Lash Glue, which lasts three to five days.

The beauty world is very familiar with Tippi Shorter as the first African-American beauty professional spokesperson for Pantene; the first Global Artistic Director for textured hair for Aveda in 2017 and now as the President of Her Imports which sells human hair extensions and related hair-care and beauty products at retail locations throughout the U.S.
