The flavor of rum always brings me back to my childhood. I recall the taste of rum in rum raisin ice cream and its caramel-like flavor enhanced by creamy vanilla ice cream. My grown-up palate still delights in the warmth and slight sweetness of a rich rum. Diplomático’s Reserva Exclusiva is pure escapism. Tropical, dark, and smooth, I welcome the opportunity to try a pairing of rum and cigar.
