Chris O’Donnell And LL Cool J Are Dancing Besties For CBS’s New Competition Come Dance With Me

NCIS: Los Angeles stars Chris O’Donnell And LL Cool J have formed quite a friendship over the years. So much, the two are now the creative team on a dance show together! Come Dance With Me is a new reality competition where accomplished kid dancers pair with their untrained parents to perform.

LL Cool J actually did his own daddy/daughter dances while his children were growing up. “I felt absolutely ridiculous when I did The Nutcracker, but I did it for her,” he exclaimed.

He also shared that Chris showed him a sizzle reel for the Come Dance With Me concept, and he thought it was something he could work with. “I thought the world could use a nice family show that’s a lot of fun,” LL Cool J said, to which O’Donnell clarified, “I think what you actually said is, ‘this s*&$ is hot!'”

LL Cool J concluded that people will want to watch this show because it’s a family connection between child and parent. “People will feel that love,” he declared.

Songwriter Philip Lawrence hosts. Dancers Dexter Mayfield, Tricia Miranda and Jenna Dewan are judges (and yes, we’ll get to see Jenna dance!).

Come Dance With Me premieres on April 15 on CBS and Paramount+
