Dancing With the Stars: Season 13, Episode 5 – Who Went Home!By Dancin'Boy | October 19, 2011 | Entertainment
Dancin’Boy breaks down this week’s Dancing with the Stars result show in live time …
It’s MADONNA, finally! I knew DWTS couldnΓÇÖt do an ’80s week without her! The results show opens with a gospel choir┬ádoing Madonna’s hit “Like A Prayer”. Maybe some contestants need that tonight?
IΓÇÖm going to guess that Carson Kressley and Anna are going home. It’s between him and Hope Solo, which I won’t cry over; IΓÇÖm so over her attitude. ItΓÇÖs very possible that Carson has more fans — and more votes.
I heard Howard Stern talking to David Arquette today on SiriusXM, and he told David they will all vote for him. Great Howard, but you and your followers needed to do it last night!┬áStill hoping that David gets through. Guest performer┬á Kelly Clarkson sounded great, although sheΓÇÖs not┬á from the ’80s. I would have liked to see another ’80s star, like George Michael or Janet Jackson, performing live.
Well, I called it … It’s┬ábye-bye-bye Carson! IΓÇÖm glad Nancy missed Jeopardy!┬áAnd soooo looking forward to Broadway next week!┬á Until then ΓǪ
xoxo  you know you love me
Dancin’Boy channels his inner Material Girl for his Dancing With the Stars review of ’80s Week!
I love the ’80s: WHAM! Bon Jovi, Spandau Ballet, Madonna (waitΓǪ no Madonna? Why? She RULED the 1980s!), and an opening medley performed by the Bangles! Susanna Hof looks like she hasnΓÇÖt aged in 20 years. Will Cher be in the audience again? I canΓÇÖt imagine that, especially after that tweeting session about drop kicking the Kardashian sisters down the freeway!
My armchair review:
Hope Solo and Maks – I didnΓÇÖt care for this Tango. She is too robotic, and it looked to me like Maks was dragging her aroundΓǪ She might be in jeopardy.
Carson Kressley and Anna – OMFG, LMAO! This Jive, set to WHAM!, was hilarious and colorful and energetic, but poor Carson couldnΓÇÖt manage the fancy footwork required. America, letΓÇÖs keep Carson around, he is way more entertaining than HOPE or CHAZ.
Nancy Grace and Tristan – Really enjoyed this Rhumba, especially the song by Spandau Ballet. I think her footwork was much improved and she scored her highest yet. I think sheΓÇÖs gonna be OK this weekΓǪ.. And that Tristan, he is a doll!
J.R. Martinez and Karina – Once again, J.R. continues to deliver crowd-pleasing, booty shakinΓÇÖ Samba fun. This guy is gonna be hard to beat. We will surely see them in the finals.
Rob Kardashian and Cheryl – ItΓÇÖs wonderful to see Rob gain more confidence, particularly with such a sexy dance as the Rhumba. Cheryl looks great tonite, and this guy is coming up. Our boy is getting onΓǪ Yeah ROB!!!
Chaz Bono and Lacey – Oh dear! Samba is hard, especially for guys, and I still route for him. His routine seemed to be halftime of a samba. I think they scored him too high.
David Arquette and Kym – Yeah David! Great Tango, and don’t we love seeing his sister Rosanna Arquette, the ultimate ’80s movie star (After Hours, Desperately Seeking Susan ) rooting for him. But Howard Stern hasnΓÇÖt been plugging David lately, so letΓÇÖs see how he fares.
Ricki Lake and Derek -This Foxtrot was not as good as last week’s Psycho routine. Loved cameo by John WatersΓÇÖ (the original Hairspray creator, circa 1988,) and loved their ’80s prom theme.
