Kylie Jenner decided to reveal her secrets on plastic surgery by publishing “My Feelings On Plastic Surgery: The Whole TruthΓÇ¥ on her new app. Kylie said the only plastic surgery she had is lip fillers. She also cleared up the rumors that she had breast implants; she says she got fancy breast makeup artists to teach her tricks for looking more confident.

Mariah Carey and her boyfriend James Packer made their first couple debut at The Intern premiere in New York on Monday. Mariah has been dating with her billionaire boyfriend for three months.

Taraji P. Henson heartily felt happy for Viola Davis winning the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series on Sunday evening. She said on Ellen that it was “bittersweet.” Taraji was in the same category with Viola, and she felt delighted that Viola made history as the first African-American actress to win in the category. Taraji added, “So when I went into it and I knew I was being nominated along side of Viola, I just thought to myself God just please give it to one of us so we will never have to say that again. Ya know, letΓÇÖs just break this barrier down and keep on pushing.”

There’s a Destiny’s Child reunion without Beyonc├⌐ (GASP!), but Mathew Knowles, the group’s former manager, said there will be an official reunion of the girls. In addition, they are working on the projects, which might include an album.

Tyga is in trauble, again, with the State of California, owing $19,000 in unpaid taxes for 2009, 2010 and 2011. The state has already placed a tax lien on him. Apparently, Tyga has to worry not only his unpaid rent, but also to deal with state taxes. Maybe he should ask Kylie for a loan?
