Not only was she NOT a VIP guest as Justin blew out the candles on an early morning birthday cake on Saturday March 1 ΓÇô Selena sought refuge at a friend’s house in Los Angeles, Selena threw shade at Justin as she stayed utterly silent on her Twitter and Instagram accounts on the day Justin hit the big 2-0. OUCH!
