DISHING DIVA! Kelly Rutherford Files Bankruptcy!

She played Serena’s filthy rich Upper East Side mother on Gossip Girl, but Kelly Rutherford‘s real-life is nothing like the one she plays on TV. The actress filed for bankruptcy last month.
Kelly has been wiped out from a nasty divorce and an international custody war with her ex Daniel Giersch; she spent almost $1.5 million in legal fees alone.
The DivaGals caught Kelly in her more lucrative days; just a year ago she rocked a Hermes bag (her son’s name) with a Martin Grant dress from Saks and Louboutin shoes at the Balducci’s Gourmet launch party in Hell’s Kitchen.
A rep for the actress tells Dishing Diva, “At this moment we are not commenting, this is a very private, sensitive time ΓÇô thank you.”
