Bath Crashers' Matt Muenster Ready To Do George Clooney's WC!
By Delaina Dixon | July 4, 2010 | EntertainmentHey George Clooney, do any of the bathrooms in your Italian villa at Lake Cuomo need an upgrade? Contractor Matt Muenster, who stars in the reality fix-it show Bath Crashers is ready to give your lavatories a total makeover!
“Lake Cuomo sounds pretty good this time of year,” Matt exclaims to the TV DivaGal. “I will do it for free!”
Here’s just some of the cool things George could expect from Matt, who haunts hardware stores to convince unsuspecting customers to take him home and give their bathroom a makeover on the DIY Network series.
“I’m a big shower guy: the bigger the better and the more showerheads the better,” Matt says. “I’m environmentally friendly across the board, but when it comes to sticking some showerheads in the bathroom, bring ’em on.”
Along with making sure the plumbing is right, Matt will pump up your bathroom’s aesthetics with majorly cool lighting.
“I love having lighting options in a bathroom; a long wall with a series on recessed lights on their own switch and a dimmer, a feature wall of tile with a wallwasher on that, or a recessed fixture in the floor shining on a wall from below,” Matt declares. “Having a lot of choice where you can set a scene in there, that’s sexy.”
And there’s one thing you won’t have to worry about Matt doing, George.
“Carpeting in bathroom, let’s just end that right now,” Matt says. “That’s alive at some point.”
You can’t beat that!
Watch Matt take on some serious bathrooms in need on Bath Crashers, Monday, July 5 at 10 p.m. on DIY Network.
