FIND A HUSBAND IN 90 DAYS Round 2: Tip #2 – Find The One IRL By Attending Social & Networking Events!

Hello Divas! My search for love continues. I’ve been turning to top expert in love Fran Greene┬áfor advice on meeting my potential soul mate IRL. Be Bold. Attend Social & Networking Events. I celebrated my birthday yesterday. My good friend mentioned that he had a work event sponsored by Where magazine. I decided what the heck. I slipped into a pretty dress and headed to Rodeo Drive.

The event took place in three parts: Galerie Micahel, a prestigious art gallery in Beverly Hills; hot new fashion retail boutique ba&sh and Gratitude, a plant-based eatery. I started connecting with people as soon as I walked into the event.

One thing I realized is a great smile and a simple question can start a conversation with just about anyone. My pal is a top concierge at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, and I got a chance to talk with a bunch of concierges, the people who connect with the world globally on a daily basis. Putting Fran’s first tip into play, I could be recruiting them as matchmakers for a lifetime!

At Gratitude, I got bold and asked a handsome man at the bar what he was eating. This led to a lovely conversation about food, fitness and Australia, where he was from. While it didn’t lead to a date, it boosted my confidence that I can approach someone and strike up a conversation without fear that I’ll be rejected.

I plan to attend a White Party on Saturday. I’ll know no one, including the woman who I’m going with. And it will be the perfect opportunity to meet new people — and maybe someone special.
