If you’ve ever wanted to have a body that would score you a layout in Maxim magazine in your unmentionables, take note ΓÇô we’ve got the secrets from cover girl Carissa Rosario!
We ran into the international model with the diva-licious curves at the NBA Draft Week: Art of Luxury Passing of the Torch “Private” Media Dinner inside of Clyde Frazier’s Wine and Dine restaurant in New York City, and had to get her workout secrets.
“I hike a lot and do a lot of core training,” the Los Angeles-based star declared to us.
OK, but what we really wanted to know is how she got those bikini-ready abs.
“Every morning on an empty stomach I do sit-ups, and every night before I go to bed, I do more,” she confessed.
And how many would that be?
“Try for 100. Once you get into it, it’s easy. Make it part of your morning and evening ritual. Just like how you brush your teeth.”
If it helps us look this good in a bikini, we’re willing to give it a shot!
Also on hand for the night’s festivities were hosts Meeka Claxton from VH1 Basketball Wives and her husband, NBA vet Craig “Speedy” Claxton, Clyde Frazier himself (pictured with wife Patricia and PR mogul Nikkia McClain) and some very lucky NBA draft hopefuls with Carissa (as well as their future, lucrative professions!).
