Summer is weeks away, and let’s face it, we can all use a body tune-up!

Wanting to get into bikini-ready shape, I turned to celebrity trainer Robert Brace. His credentials are impressive: he holds a bachelorΓÇÖs degree in Dance (with minors in nutrition, anatomy and tai chi), and has a roster of celebrity clients.

I met with Robert, who has created the 4-part Fast Fierce 28 Day Challenge DVD series, to help us all get the best body ever in 28 days. It combines weight training, plyometrics and lots core work to get your body shaped, as well as a suggested meal plan and 28-day calendar to chart your progress.
