Hey fellow Fitness gals! Only three days to go!
The right foods and supplements are key to sustaining high energy levels to power you through this most hectic of seasons.
You also may want to give your body a good cleansing around this time. Juicing is a great way to bring vegetable nutrients into your system to help rid it of impurities, and with all their antioxidants, it has major health benefits.
My favorite healthy juice drink consist of five carrots, two celery sticks, a half bell pepper, three broccoli sprouts and one garlic clove, which I prepare in a juicer daily.┬á This drink has been in my family for a long, long time. It’s great for your skin, hair and nails, and we all want those to look good during the holiday season. Believe me, a little juice will give you a lot of energy!
You can also try some of my favorite antioxidants snacks: blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. And don’t forget your green tea. Drink it quite and your system will appreciate it, if ya know what I mean. There’s no bathroom probs here, ha!
So don’t let the winter weather grunge and crispy cringle your skin and energy: eat, drink and be merry. Your skin will be smooth, your lips bright and cherry and your body will be cleansed, toned and chiseled with the right diet, exercise and healthy snacks.
