I was introduced to P90X by TV DivaGal... she’s always keeping it tight. After doing the Ab Ripper X workout, the latest torture — I mean routine — from P90X creator Tony Horton, I walked around with a major six-pack. I couldn’t believe how beautifully tight my abs felt after one session. With more than 300 moves in a short 15 minutes, I should have expected no less!
Today I will do the AB Ripper X twice, once 9 am and then again at noon… which means you can join me right this minute!
If you didn’t get a P90X for Christmas and cant find a friend with one, go ahead and do Fitness Gal’s 300-rep program for abs, which hits the upper, lower, oblique and transverse muscles. Try a basic crunch, followed by lying on either side of your body and bring your knee to the elbow, then a reverse curl using your lower abs to bring you feet straight in the air, and a double curl lying on your back to bring your knees to your elbows and out again on a two-count. Do 60 reps of each exercise.
