At Christmas time, I know I’m sucking down all the drinks that make you merryΓǪ and fat. There’s Eggnog and Hennessy, Heineken and Corona. Gin and the bourbon and all sorts of rum punch. And they serve them all at endless holiday partiesΓǪ how can we survive?
If you’re going to drink, my advice to you is to be a little more food conscious during the season. Remember New Year’s is right behind Christmas, which means another partyΓǪ and you have to slip into a little dress for that one! Here’s some foods I love to eat, and to run from, during the holiday season. Trade in the “run” column for something to “eat” and keep that pudge off your hips this holiday.
Foods to Run From During the Holidays:
FRIED CHICKEN
SUGARY DRINKS
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
FAST FOOD RUNS IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT (AFTER DRINKING)
ICE-CREAM SANDWICHES
PEANUT CHEWS
Foods to Eat:
CHERRIES
PISTACHIOS
AVOCADO
BLACK OLIVES WITH RED ONION
A LITTLE WHEAT GRASS (I promise, it won’t hurt!)
Keep up your cardio and abs work, its’ just that simple!
