GAL APPROVED Charity: Hale and Hearty’s Chef Series for a Cause
By Delaina Dixon | October 29, 2012 | Entertainment
Soup is on! Hale and Hearty has launched its first ever “Chef Series,” and boy is it good.
Starting today, Hale & Hearty is serving up soup offerings created by six notable New York City chefs. Each chef’s soup will be sold for one week, and 10 percent of the proceeds will go to the chef’s charity of choice. First up: David Burke of Prime Steakhouse, who has concocted a Crazy Corn Soup with fresh corn, Monterey Jack cheese and Yukon potatoes, yum! Last week, the DivaGals visited Hale and Hearty’s newest location in Times Square to taste its TV DivaGal loved the Spanish White Bean with Kale & Chorizo by chef Chris Bradley (Untitled at the Whitney). It’s super tasty, and dairy free! All six soups are gluten-free. To learn more about the chefs, the soups and their charities, visit www.hhchefseries.com.
