CLEAN. Spring is about renewal and refreshing, and nothing feels more satisfying than a decluttered and sparkling clean house! Cue Erin Chase, the 5 Dollar Dinner Mom and AlEn USA “Cleanfluencer,” who has put together a handy checklist and some timely tips.
- Create cleaning caddies for every bathroom, kitchen and garage. Having all of your supplies ready for quick touch-ups and cleaning saves tons of time.
- I found that the pine oil in PINALEN Original is great for removing grease and oil from all sorts of things, so I mix 2 tbs. to a 32 oz. spray bottle of water to tackle daunting Spring projects like the inside/outside of the range hood, under stove burners and my BBQ grill.
- To clean baseboards, rubber band a microfiber cloth over the bristles of a broom and you eliminate bending and crawling. Spray the cloth with your favorite cleaner (I use PINALEN) and scrub. No aching back!
- An exciting hack: fabric softener removes shower scum! Mix 4 parts water to 1 part softener like Ensueño, wipe off, rinse with warm water. MAGIC!
