The play is written by Ginger Reiter, his former lover and mother of their love child, Sheba Mason, who plays her mom in the show, which means she’s having an on-stage fling with her dad (yes, we know, very meta!). Friend of DivaGalsDaily’s Erika Crocco plays Ginger’s mom in this production from the West Milford Players and Ian Wehrle expertly inhabits the role Jackie Mason—so much that you may forget you’re watching an actor on stage!
