EAT. Yes we know it’s 24 hours til Turkey Day, but what will you do the day after that? How about a little bit of sushi? Bamboo 52, located in the heart of New York City’s Hell Kitchen, has revamped its space and its menu. During a special press preview, the DivaGals and America’s Next Top Model alum winner Whitney Thompson chowed down on Bamboo’s dazzling area of sushi and sashimi ΓÇô delicious rolls with unexpected ingredients like bananas, kani and cream cheese and oh-so-fresh pieces of tuna and salmon ΓÇô that came out in Bamboo’s signature “Samurai Boats” that feed several guests. Drinks are just as intriguing. Who wouldn’t try the Sake Sangria ΓÇô especially when 2 for 1 Happy Hour lasts until 9 p.m. There are dining tables and a sushi bar at the front of the restaurant, but the DivaGals suggest enjoying that sake in Bamboo’s spacious back lounge seating (which spills out onto a very private patio dining area). We can’t wait to drop in one night for Karaoke Tuesdays or Ladies Night Wednesdays, or maybe both! DRINK. Stocking up the bar for Thanksgiving?
