Rob-the-Mover gives a guy’s point of view of Joyful Noise. Plus, a spa bath that’s good for your skin (plus a special deal for DivaGal readers!) and an easy vitamin alternative for Getting in Shape 2012!

SEE. If you have to sit through a church choir competition, you might as well have the sassiness of Queen Latifah and the ever-sweet Dolly Parton to give it some life. In Joyful Noise, Latifah and Parton team together despite their differences and put together an all-star, contemporary song and dance as the crescendo at a national competition. You get the feeling that the whole movie was written for the ending performance — my guess is that that the cast prepared for that 10 times longer than the rest of the movie — but if you love a big and dance closing, it’s probably worth the pay-off. As a dude who grew up in the church or a recent trip to Dolly Land, it was a little predictable to me. But I’m certain if you take your musical-loving girlfriend, she’ll walk out thinking you’re the no. one BF. Joyful Noise opens nationwide today.

SWALLOW. We know you’ve been working on Getting In Shape 2012. Adding little multi-vitamin to the regimen to insure you’re getting he Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of vitamins and minerals is a good move. But you’ve held off because you can’t swallow pills? TV DivaGal understands; 40 percent of the population can’t either. That’s why I love alternaVites, a multivitamin in crystal form. Pop open a pouch, pour it in and let the melt-in-your-mouth goodness give you all the pow of a huge multi-vitamin capsule. Problem solved. Now go get your RDA on!

SOAK. After a hard day of finding the most luxurious items on the planet, all a Luxe Gal wants to do is have a great soak. Of course, I still want to keep it fabulous, so I turn to RICA spa products. Created by Dr. Kristina Ivy, these clean and simple natural beauty products are made from rich and effective ingredients, which are devoid of synthetic preservatives and fillers, because Kristina understands that everyone needs a little comfort food for the skin. The line is and fresh to order from family recipes that go back three generations from her great-great grandparents in Virginia. With Bathtub Tea, I immerse myself in several skin-softening herbs, which include jasmine, sage and lavender. It comes with a muslin pouch washcloth that allows me to exfoliate my skin, which I’ll save for my next spa treat (yes, RICA is environmentally conscience, too!). Get a 5 oz. jar in Indian Gingerment for $36.

SPECIAL DIVAGALS DEAL: Make a purchase at www.ricabody.com and receive a  FREE 1 oz. serving of Bathtub Tea (retail value $15). To redeem your bath time treat,  just leave a comment letting RICA know you found them through DivaGalsDaily.com during checkout. Through Jan. 31, 2012. ENJOY!
