Now the top affordable retailer has partnered with several sweet (one, literally is!) boutique shops across the country to present their namesake lines in Target stores. Shops include clothing store The Webster; home goods from Privet House; The Candy Store; Polka Dog Bakery and Cos Bar, which makes bath and body products.
