Social Gal met Cherrell Charter, the owner of Vivian Eberhert Boutique, at a fashion show in Harlem. I wasnΓÇÖt working that night, but my eyes were immediately drawn to her jewelry pieces — big chunky necklaces and exquisitely handcrafted earrings and bracelets — that I had to take the time to chat with Cherrell and find out how she was inspired. The answer?
