By DIVAGALS | April 19, 2013 | Entertainment, Gal ApprovedSLIP. At the QVC Beauty Event in New York City, The DivaGals met one of our fave reality makeover queens, Tabatha Coffey. The hair guru and Tabatha Takes Over... star told us that hair is “definitely getting shorter,” for the season. “Women don’t always want to commit to going shorter, which is why wigs are great, because you can do that without commitment.” Cue in HOW Top-Head Extensions and Fashion Wigs by LUXHAIR, which Tabatha created and are available on QVC. Her collection of extension pieces and lace front wigs are made from Keralon, a synthetic fiber that mimics real hair ΓÇô you can even heat style it! “People are also experimenting a lot more with color as well,” Tabatha declares. HOW hairpieces are available in 20 shades, so let the experimentation begin!
STEAL. We admit it, we can’t get enough of Warehouse 13 star Allison Scagliotti‘s super, sassy style! The gal rocked it again at the Syfy Upfront, and of course, we got the scoop on her color-blocked look. “The dress is by Mason by Michelle Mason. I was going to wear these Giuseppe Zanotti heels that I have been wearing on every red carpet because they cost a small fortune. But they are like vice grips when you put them on your feet. I lucked out and found these Vince Camuto heels that match the dress 100 percent.” Allison added her favorite bag from Vlieger & Vandam, some McQueen bracelets and a heaping dose of Diva-licious attitude. We thoroughly approve!
GIVE. Practice some fashion with compassion like Maasia Project ambassador/model/actress, MTV’s The City alum Olivia Palermo! Purchase a fashionable pair of Pikolinos summer sandals. The shoe company employs over 1400 Kenyan woman to hand bead these amazing sandals. This is the first time most of these woman have ever earned a paycheck. We sooooo Gal Approve this purchase.
