GET FIT! We Tried The New Strong by Zumba And It Whipped Our Butts!

If we know anything, it’s that movement is necessary for a happy body. We’ve found a great winter workout to kick up the heat and sweat it out: a collaboration class: Strong by Zumba!

Inside Milk Studios, we joined with a group of editors to experience a 45-minute kick-ass, full-body workout. Strong by Zumba worked on our quads, glutes and 7-minute core workout, along with incorporated stretching, breath work and a bit of plyometrics.  We are ready to build some pretty diva muscles this winter! This new workout is a collab with celebrity trainer Erin Oprea.

After a tough workout, it’s important to eat healthy and clean. KGFare catering and events supplied our post-workout hors d’oeuvres and clean beverages.
