Unique senses and a ghostly presence can’t keep these Syfy gals from looking their best. We caught up with Being Human’s Meaghan Rath and Alphas’s Azita Ghanizada at the Syfy Upfront last month to uncover the secrets to their sexy summer style!
Azita got creative when putting together her eye-catching color block ensemble above. “The skirt is by Jay Godfrey. The top is by a Toronto designer, which I had cut to make this look like a one-piece dress.”
Azita has a good reason to wear something bright. “I worked until one in the morning and I knew if I wore this, the attention would be off my tired face and on the bright, bold colors.” She balances it out with bone-colored Miu Miu shoes.
Color is indeed in this season, and Azita can’t wait to try all the colored denim, which is high on our list as well.
Meaghan took a fun, flirty approach for her purple carpet outfit in black and white stripes. The dress is L’Agence, a French line. The jacket is from a vintage store in Toronto, Canada. But what we really couldn’t get enough of was her shoes.
“They’re Chanel,” she shared. Her style tip of the season? “Lots of sunscreen. I get facials once a month. It’s the best beauty tip ever to maintain your skin,” she revealed. It makes a huge difference.”
