We’ve told you about this dance craze created by Sadie Kurzban.┬áThis half-Jewish, half-Cuban pint-sized powerhouse is all about getting you in shape with her Miami dance scene-inspired concept. Shake your booty (and legs and arms and core!) to a live DJ in classes led by highly energetic instructors. The sessions include dance moves, but also cardio drills and weighted segments for full-body conditioning that can burn up to 900 calories per hour!
Our Divalicious and fitness-crazed EIC Delaina Dixon took a class the day before Thanksgiving at 305 Fitness’ newest NYC location: 1440 Third Avenue on the Upper East Side. Instructor Julien Valme shared that he wants students, “to have fun. I want then to feel like they accomplished something and did it for themselves. It’s about having a true sense of joy and curiosity and knowing anything is possible.”
