TV Divagal knows sometimes you have to work long and hard to get something done right.
So totally not impressed with Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl‘s recent rant that her first day back to work on the set that lasted 17 hours was cruel to the cast and crew.
Sounds like her her boss, ABC president, Stephen McPherson, isn’t either.
“I think it’s unfortunate,” he said in response to her comments during his executive panel.
“There are so many people who work unbelievably hard on Grey’s and on all of our shows and go without any notoriety and credit toward them and I just think it’s very hard for them to hear,” Stephen continued.
“Those are the people I would be most concerned about, the people that are really busting their tail every day and feel they’re being looked down upon or criticized.”
I don’t believe giving into Diva demands (a true Diva doesn’t need to throw a hissy fit!), but in this case,┬áit seems like┬áKatherine is asking to be fired off the show, and that┬ámight be in its best interest!
