Whether youΓÇÖve just met someone that youΓÇÖd love to go out on a date with, or another year has passed and you realize it’s almost February┬á14 – again! -┬á you need to get a move on with those plans! It may be too late to get a reservation at that fancy restaurant last minute (although you should definitely try!), but that doesn’t mean that Valentine’s Day has to be a bust! Here are some ideas that are a little more personal, romantic and definitely Divalicious!
Plan A Romantic Walk.┬áUp first we have an absolute classic – and one that often works wonders. Heading out on a romantic walk could be just what you and your boo both need. Not only is it peaceful and perfect for some one-to-one time, but you can also really get to know each other better if your romance is still quite new. Have kids? This could be your chance to get some alone time together! Head out to your town center/local beach/countryside/woodlands area and start to stroll. Set Up A Dinner Date.┬áSo you really want to do dinner, but it’s too late to get a reservation at anywhere worthwhile? Why not turn your own space into the hottest reservation in town! Cooking a romantic meal can be incredibly┬áromantic, think of how fun it would be to stir up the sauce with your cutie! Want to really pour on the Valentine’s Day vibe? If the climate is colder where you are, then maybe finish off your walk with a candle-lit living room picnic instead. Go Sightseeing!┬áIf you want to avoid some of the more romantic or cliche date ideas but you still want it to have some wow-factor, then why not get out and about!
