LUXE GAL: Bachelorette’s JP Rosenbaum Boy’s Night Out!By Maureen Martin | December 15, 2011 | Entertainment, Food Fashion Style
Luxe Gal arrived at The Ainsworth, a chic rustic bar and restaurant in New York City, and was led deep in the bowels to the ultimate man cave, the Living Room, complete with scotch, a tailor and Bachelorette‘s JP Rosenbaum, sans fianc├⌐e Ashley Herbert, who wore a nicely fitted shirt and a haute accent tie (for the record, JP loves custom tailored clothes!). The brainchild of restaurateurs Brian Mazza and Matt Shendell, the duo hosted the launch of Windsor Custom, by-appointment-only men’s custom-clothing apparel, with celebrity guests JP, NY Giants Ramses Barden and Jeremy Kersaint and out-and-about socialite Tinsley Mortimer.
Who would think that you could go to your favorite watering hole, head downstairs and step into a sumptuous suite to be measured for custom-made shirts, suits and ties? The fabric is Italian, but 100 percent American made.
If you ever wondered what happens to the cute, well-dressed boy who works the door at NYC trendy clubs, wonder no more. Velvet rope alum Jason connected the dots: When everyone you check into a club comments on your suits, it’s time to take the leap and start your own “bespoke” line. Fabric comes all the way from Italy via Loro Piana and Zegna. Prices are shockingly reasonable: shirts start at $125 to $400, and suits $700 to $4,000. Ties range from $40 to $110. Get your man fitted today and he’ll have his suit or shirt in 18 days!
Don’t have a guy to style? That’s no reason not to visit The Ainsworth. Sit back, have a scotch, sample the yummy menu, watch the game on a big screen TV or play a game of pool, and you just might find a man to suit up! See more pictures of JP and Windsor Custom at our DivaGals Facebook page.
