It’s Monday, time to enter Esther Yang’s Kitchen, where we can all learn how to create fast, easy, tasty healthy food with five ingredients or less.
Esther is executive director of Super Happy Healthy Kids, a non-profit that fights again child bullying and encourages youth to become the best versions of themselves through yoga, meditation and other healthy outlets. Esther, who’s currently running for New York District Leader 76, preps dishes for carnivores, herbivores and omnivores, so everyone can find something to dig into!
Here’s her Tuna With Brussel Sprouts recipe!
1. Boil the Brussels sprouts (3 mins). You can use butter, but I choose to keep mine simple.
2. Pan-sear the tuna while the brussels sprouts are cooking. (2 minutess on each side). Add black and white sesame and salt before serving.
