Mischa Well and Working Today!

The Beautiful Life panel is happening right now and the impossibly attractive Ashton Kutcher, who executive produces the show about the ugly side of the modeling industry, has just addressed the pink elephant in the room!

“Mischa Barton is in New York today working on the show,” he announced.

Ever the diplomat, Ashton went on to explain why Mischa, who was released from a psychiatric ward less than a week ago, is so important to the series.

“The wonderful thing about having her in the cast is that she’s done it before,” he shared.

“She was one of the leads in The O.C., a big soap opera drama, so her guidance and navigation for the rest of the cast is essential.”

Ashton also quelled rumors of Mischa’s character being recast due to her mental state.

“She was never unavailable for a day of work.”

We should all have a boss as supportive as Ashton!

The Beautiful Life, or TBL, as Ashton likes to call it, airs Wednesdays this fall on The CW.
