Located in a midtown Manhattan townhouse on the East Side, the fabulous dine in style as Chef Christou works to capture the nostalgia of his grandmotherΓÇÖs cooking, and then elevates it with his extensive and creative recipes.

Nerai offers the freshest seafood from across the globe: lavraki from Greece, Mediterranean dorado, black tiger shrimp from the Pacific, live lobster from Maine and more. This sophisticated and hip restaurant offers one of my favorites and the best Norwegian cod, which is a delicious and lighter spin on ΓÇ£Bakaliaros.ΓÇ¥ It is pan-seared for a crisp skin, topped with orange-ouzo glaze and served with delicate skordalia wrapped in beets to resemble sushi rolls. You will leave the restaurant craving for more.

Divas, get ready for this! Internationally trained sommelier Mike Kalampoukas brings over 10 years of experience and expertise to Nerai’s wine experience. The list is comprised of over 100 different wines from around the world, and is carefully crafted to pair perfectly with each course offering. Nerai’s d├⌐cor is absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant is decorated with white chic tables and a beautiful white bar; whitewashed walls have accents of Mediterranean blue.
