It’s the half-point of our Lose 10lbs in 30 Days plan, and while don’t look like a TV star, yetΓÇª we’re on our way.
We decided to ask a real TV star, Anna Diop, who’s featured in the cast of The CW’s upcoming supernatural series The Messenger, what she does to keep her body in check.
“I love to run. When I go, I try to hit a three-mile goal that will consist of a jog and then IΓÇÖll stop and walk. I love cardio,” she declared to us at The CW’s TCA panel earlier this week.
That’s not the only thing this Senegalese beauty does to stay in shape. “I do think itΓÇÖs important to mix it up and I love things that require my own body weight,” she shared. “I do squats and planks and light weights for my arms.”
Of course, the key to any workout is knowing when to treat yourself. So what’s Anna’s fave treat? “Ever heard of a Bazookie? A chocolate chip cookie is baked in an oven, and then they top it with French vanilla ice-cream. That is my guilty pleasure.”
We can’t wait for our cheat day to try it!
