It takes a talented women to create a sharp-dressed man. Luckily, contemporary menswear Designer Joyce Darkoh has made it her professional mission with her line DARKOH.
The DivaGals attended the African-American designer’s debut at NY Fashion Week and caught her expertly tailored line of suits, sweaters and coats make their way down the runway from the front row.
Tasteful combinations in tweed, wool and leather, such as a knit top with leather striping and a striped tuxedo, were offered in neutral fall colors such as black, charcoal and olive. For the more adventurous dresser, their were double breasted jackets in citrine, rust and teal — a bold selection of colors, but never so over-the-top that they would scare off the average joe.
