NYFW Fall ’16 Malan Breton Unleashes His Inner Beast!

We always love attending Malan Breton‘s fashion events during NY Fashion Week. There’s always a sense of elegance and opulence, just like the man himself. This season, Malan took a turn in a very new direction, unleashing his inner beast, and we couldn’t get enough of it!

With a collection that has a darker, edgy twist, Malan mixed leather with chiffon, sparkles with silk and velvet with angora wool! We loved the puffer coats, the hooded blazers and the sleek cutouts gowns that gleamed in the light.

There was more dark colors: black, brown, syrah and valerian root, and electrifying shades like peacock and and Scarlett.

Softness came in the form of oversize wooly cardigans, or tiers of taffeta mixed with a print duster coat.

This ┬ásparkled jumpsuit made us cry out in delight!

We spotted iridescent prints sheen and Malan’s classic use of paisley on a gorgeously diverse palette of models.

Styled by celebrity stylist Montgomery Frazier, the collection was accented with Jewelry by Maria Pujana, Tattoos by Black Lace Skin Jewelry, Women’s shoes by Michela Rigucci, and Men’s shoes by Giorgio Brutini.

All we can say is brilliant, Malan. BRAVO!
