Red Carpet Ready! NBC Comedy “Lopez vs. Lopez” Screening At NALIP’s Latino Media Fest

The National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) has released the upcoming Latino Media Fest Official Selection line-up, a showcase of short-form content by Latine filmmakers, which will be presented on Oct. 13 at AMC Century City 15. Lopez vs. Lopez, a new series starring George and Mayan Lopez, who portray fictionalized versions of themselves in a working-class family comedy about dysfunction and reconnection, will be screened at the exhibition. They are also featured speakers at the Comcast NBCUniversal Telemundo presented event.

Latino Media Fest is the unique presenter of the best U.S. Latine content across all media platforms: narrative short films, TV/streaming pilots, digital content, and documentary shorts.  Projects include the Official Selection Hoar directed by Jeanette Dilone; El Triste directed by Manuel De Valle; Inés Unfortunately directed by Anna Salinas; Fernanda directed by Mar Molina; The Lifers Network directed by Michael Steves; Soñadora directed by Stacy Pascal Gaspard and Brownsville Bred directed by Elaine Del Valle.
