Seventh Generation Vermont Getaway Takes Us Back To Nature

BeautyIt’s time to fall in love with autumn before the leaves are all gone and winter arrives. Earlier this month, we had a chance to visit Burlington, Vermont, as guests of Seventh Generation!
We are all about supporting a brand with an extraordinary vision. Seventh Generation’s mission is to “transform the world into a healthy, sustainable, and equitable place for the next seven generations.” This mission is reflected in their products, which are plant-based, made with sustainably sourced ingredients, and designed to be safer for both people and the planet. They focus on reducing plastic, disclosing ingredients, and developing products that minimize environmental harm, thereby aiming to inspire a consumer revolution for a healthier future.
It was a divine softgirl autumn experience. Every detail had been carefully coordinated, which meant all I had to do was show up and take in the beauty and the food!
We stayed at the stunning
Hotel Vermont, and it was precisely everything I had hoped for. The design was the perfect blend of modern serenity and cozy New England charm. We loved that they had a coffee/espresso/hot chocolate station with fresh apples on every floor.
The itinerary was filled with soul-nourishing activities. We began with a farm tour and a hosted dinner at the historic
Shelburne Farms, where I had a delightful time. The highlight was definitely trying their famous, unique raw milk cheddar, which tasted like the very essence of Vermont’s land. Fun fact: If you have issues with lactose intolerance, cheese made from raw milk is often considered more digestible.
The following day, we headed to the Seventh Generation headquarters. It was fascinating to learn about the cleaning power and beautiful, conscious intention behind their products. I truly believe that clean spaces lead to a clean mind!
The dining experiences were heavenly. For breakfast, we met at Juniper, which was bathed in the most beautiful morning light, and enjoyed cozy dinners at the
Farmhouse Tap & Grill. I discovered the most seasonal and comforting **signature cocktails** to sip as the leaves turned gold—pure perfection.
We hoped to conclude with a breathtaking fall foliage bike ride, but the rain made other plans for us. Instead, we took a quick walk in the crisp air, and the vibrant colors, along with that sense of flow, were unforgettable. It was all about recognizing good energy and being present. I left feeling so grateful for those moments of genuine connection, completely reset, and ready to embrace the gentle luxury of my own life.
