Sports Gal Quick Take: The Cowboys Lose Everything!

By   |   October 26, 2010   |   Gals On The Town

TheDallas Cowboys loss to the New York Giants last night was effectively the final nail in the coffin known as DallasΓÇÖ Super Bowl dreams.

Not so much because the ΓÇÿBoys are now 1-5 — with their talent level, they can conceivably overcome such a deficit. ItΓÇÖs a long shot, but it is a shot.

No, ladies, let your boyfriends know the Cowboys season ended when Tony Romo got broke up by the Giants defense. The Cowboys’ Jon Kitna is a decent quarterback and he can, and likely will, lead Dallas to a few victories but heΓÇÖs not the leader of this team. As long as Romo is on the sidelines, Dallas will be missing a vital part of its heart on the field.

But maybe someone else will step up… Dez Bryant has been a force since he arrived in Texas. Might the rookie be able to put this team on his back?

And what is up with Giants’ quarterback killing defense this season? This is the fifth (count them five!) QB the Giants have put out of a game and on the injured list. I donΓÇÖt know whatΓÇÖs in the water at the New Meadowlands but whatever it is, it sure makes QBΓÇÖs taste better!
